Zaheer Abbas Eid 2019

Misha Lakhani Eid collection 2019 – Tashkent

Misha’s collection stands out for its easy bohemian elegance and its darker summery palette in a season when many have opted for subtle pastels. Inspired by Uzbek and Mughal craft traditions and floral blooms, “Tashkent” is designed for the urban nomad. The collection is full easy silhouettes, tactile embroideries and porous fabrics redolent of understated romance and olde worlde charm. The shoot is stunning but doesn’t show much of the exquisite detailing on the outfits. Shop online here.

Zaheer Abbas’s Eid collection is a delightful combination of tradition embellishment and contemporary style. He’s used heritage techniques with resham, zaree, gota patti, marori, kamdani & sitara sequins in modern, minimalist silhouettes. Check out the pairings with shahi shalwars and churidars for touch of old world charm. Look out for textured gold fabric with zaree borders and the stunning watermelon-hued kurta  intricately hand embroidered with golden imagery of trees, flowers & deer. Shop the collection here.

Nida Azwer Eid Collection 2019- Keran

Nida Azwer’s Keran Eid collection ranges from the fashion forward to the classically elegant. The collection starts at just Rs8,800 with some gorgeous emboss-printed kurtas in delectable shades like plum and powder blue. Then there are classic embroidered pieces in a variety of silhouettes and shades and for the truly fashion-forward, a couple of stunning organza wrap jackets with outsize mirror-work. Nida has also released a handful of formals that aren’t technically part of the Keran collection but which we’re including here because they’re gorgeous – and lovely for the summer festive season.
