‘Hira Ali Studios’ showcased the Luxury Prét collection “Woman Is Future”. The collection is a celebration of strong confident women who carve their own paths and despite the challenges and obstacles they face daily. The collection presented contemporary silhouettes using a variety of fabrics such as cottons, crepe and organza net.
The embroidery comprised of experimental techniques using nets as the base with a variety of silk thread work ornamented with various beads and crystals. The versatile color palette comprised ranged from whites, reds and beige to pastels such as rose dust, ice blue. Hira Ali also announced forming a ‘Women in Fashion’ collective that will work towards raising awareness on various issues women face in our society including the wage gap for domestic and factory workers.
