Misha lakhani’s Spring Summer 2020 Bridal Couture collection is all that we’d expect – opulent, beautifully crafted and oh-so-chic. She calls it “a story of a rich and layered heritage, told through thread and gilded embellishments” and effortlessly weaves traditional embellishment with contemporary eastern silhouettes.
Flora and fauna native to the 17th Century come to life in this collection, with interesting experimental use of pattern and craftsmanship that combine the traditional and the contemporary.
The collection is comprised of versatile separates that include lehengas, anarkalis, angarkhas, skinny shalwars, cropped izaars, kalidars, side-slit one hit wonders and draped dupattas.
