Ramadan Moon this week looks to be super fun – an inspirational family festival to welcome the best time of the year! Look out for everything from food to live theatre. We’re covering this week’s Eid Exhibitions and the summer Exhibit separately but there’s still other interesting things happening around town. There’s a creative writing workshop happening for kids, challenging them in a fun way that doesn’t ring monotonous school bells (keep an eye out for out Summer Camp Guide 2019). In other news, a very important discussion is being held at Lincoln Center about breaking the taboo around menstrual cycles; well worth the visit. If you’re a foodie, this is your last chance to hop on Super Savari Express’ Khana Khazana Tour before Ramzan and there’s also a steak night happening if you want to indulgently sneak in those extra calories before fasting. Lots more as always.
