Bring your little ones to the British Council Karachi Library for a day of holiday fun, with crafts, story-time and a lot of laughs! We’ll be decorating our tree with baubles we make together, as we read all about the Gruffalo. Who even is the Gruffalo? He’s a monster that the mouse made up of course – or is he? We start our journey with the mouse while he walks into the deep dark woods, coming across a number of scary animals. The cunning mouse scares off a fox, an owl, and a snake, threatening them with the scariest creature of the woods – “The Gruffalo”. The mouse gets through all these threatening moments with the help of his quick-wit and imagination, until he comes across an actual real-life Gruffalo! How will the mouse get out of this one? Join us as we find out! This event is for ages 5 to 11 and is open to the public. Children under 11 years of age must be accompanied to the event by a parent or guardian. 11 year olds can be dropped off once their parents/guardians have escorted them in and signed a consent form.
